ECPRESGEN — Automatic layout and PDF export

The ECPRESGEN command automatically generates the layouts (paper space) of an electrical project file: format selection, in-house title block, viewport framed on the useful model content, trade-specific plot style and PDF export. One command replaces a long manual page-layout sequence.

From model space to PDF in one command

ECPRESGEN industrializes the entire presentation chain of a diagram or plan:

  • Choice of format — from A4 to A0 depending on the content to deliver
  • Title block selection — the in-house title block is applied to every layout
  • Automatic window fitting — the viewport is framed on the useful model content
  • Trade plot style — applied for consistent PDF output from one project file to the next
  • PDF generation and automatic incrementing of the revision index

The plan number, revision index, designer and checker are entered once and then persisted per DWG.

Batch PDF export of a complete project

ECPRESGEN exports an entire document set in a single command: all sheets are assembled, paginated and delivered in the format expected for a SIA 451, with automatic freezing of construction layers. The resulting PDF is vector-based, zoomable without loss of sharpness — suitable for archiving and official transmission.
